From the entrance you come into the living area with a rustic fireplace and integrated open kitchen with direct access to the garden terrace and lake view.
Off from the living area you will find the bathroom and stairs leading to the attic, from the small hallway you have two bedrooms facing the lake, one double room with sloping ceiling, and the four-bedded room with 2 single beds and a small sleeping loft with two beds [Access via wooden ladders, beds are like bunks - with windows]. The four-bedded room has a small balcony facing the lake.
The apartment has modern facilities: satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and WIFI Internet connection.
The vineyard homestead is distinguished by its particularly warm and sunny position, it can be rented all year and has central heating. Most of the apartments have a fireplace or wood stove. Firewood is available and charged at cost price.
A tabel tennis table and board games can be found in the tavern in the main building. In the rustic "Cantina" house wines and specialties of the region are available and if you wish at special request the local bakery will deliver fresh bread to the house every morning.
The general recreation area with a breathtaking view of the lake has a lovely pool [7 m x 3.5m], sun terrace with sun loungers, patio , barbecue and pizza oven. For the younger guests there is a gold fish pond, guinea pigs, dwarf rabbits and the chickens. The stunning location of Casa Rina will inspire you to go walking, hiking or biking, all of which is possible directly from the property.
Mobile, without the car - a footpath takes you in about 15 - 20 mins. to Gravedona and its beautiful waterfront promenade with many shops and attractive restaurants, bars and cafes. From the boat dock you have links to places around the lake. By car you reach Gravedona in 3-4 minutes.
The vineyard farmstead Casa Rina is from 1724 and consists of four buildings with eight individual apartments some of which have been renovated and some completely rebuilt in the original style. The property is located at about 200 m above the lake on a sunny terrace amid vineyards and Rusticos (stone houses) in Lombardian style. In the neighbourhood there is a small waterfall. The special, quiet location with the Riviera-like climate offers a fantastic panoramic view far into the southern part of Lake Como. The former landowners erected in the grounds a Lady Chapel, which is still in its original state.
